SUNAN MURIA

Sunan Muria was the son of Sunan Kalidjaga with Dewi Saroh.
His real name is Raden Omar Said. Muria mood of being in preaching he used subtle ways,
like taking a fish not to muddy the waters.
That is the way in which to broadcast the Islamic religion around Mount Muria.
His residence at Mount Muria which one peak named Colo.
It is located on the north side of the Holy City.
His mission objectives are traders, fishermen, sailors and commoners.
He was the only trustee who retains gamelan and wayang art as a tool to convey the Islamic da'wah. And he also who created the song Sinom and Kinanti.
The journey to the tomb is very impressive because our eyes in suguhi with beautiful panorama nature mountains muria with a height of 1,602 meters above sea level. or in the travel by foot to climb stairs as far as approximately 1.5 km, the road beside the staircase lined with stalls of food vendors and sofenir. once reached the top we were immediately rushed pilgrimage to the tomb, because it was more crowded fitting when no group of pilgrims from various cities. after the pilgrimage is over we had to pass puter direction and there are water barrel legacy sunan muria. and the water that was believed to have a variety kasiat macam.dan other relics such as mosques, ancient drum also can be encountered there.
but unfortunately when entering the tomb area sunan this muria not allowed taking pictures with a camera or other recording equipment.
